Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. No exchange or returns would be entertained after passing of 7 days.
To be eligible for the return, the product must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. There must be no damage to the product.
We intend to provide the best experience for the customer, for that we require cooperation from the customer.
There are certain situations in which partial returns are granted. In case there is an damage to the product or the packaging or an increased cost of the product or the shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is recieved and inspected , we will send you a mail about it and the refund process will be initiated. The refunded amount will be reflected in your bank account within 2-3 working days.
